1. DON'T EXPERIMENT. first dates are not the time to try out a funky new hairstyle, or whatever it is you women do get in over your target. besides men are not hard to impress. its the PERSONALITY (not the make up) that sweeps a man off his feet. 2. RELAX. showing you're cool under pressure is a olus. regardless of how much you've anticipate the moment, act NORMAL. 3. BE A GOOD SPORT. be prepared to take whatever may come your way, especially the first date is usually full of unexpected surprises. BE GAME and your night will be truly unforgettable. 4. BE HONEST. if you want to go bowling, say so! don't be afraid to make SUGGESTIONS. men like that. 5. BE SPONTANEOUS. just GO WITH THE FLOW and don't expect what's going to happen next. 6.BE EASY. .. so please that is!one thing taht turns a guy off is a woman who sends food back at a restaurant because it wasn't time right. (too HIGH-MAINTENANCE!) it's very critical that you don't do this-its one of the biggest criteria a man considers when it comes to going for the girl to the long run. 7. NO EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE PLEASE! this is not the time to discuss your cheating ex-boyfriend, your alcoholic mother, or your psychotic boss. he's supposed to be a potential lover not a THERAPIST. 8. PAY ATTENTION. rather than talking about yourself ask him questions. however, too much interrogating and he'll feel your getting too personal. steer clear of questions like "if you were a balloon what color would you be?" Make him feel COMFORTABLE, not as if their going to pass or fail a quiz. 9. STAY IN TONE WITH CURRENT EVENTS. Make a small talk. and feel embarassed if you don't know what the heck he's talking about.this is usually a technique they used to break the ice and to get an idea of your INTELLIGENCE. 10. SHOW A LOT OF CONSIDERATION. especially when it comes to paying the bill. don't whip up your wallet right away. wait and be SENSITIVE to the situation. some men prefer to pay but if he is not making no effort, don't be too exact as to show how you'll split the bill. just pay half and and be done with it. even if he did eat four courses while you had a salad. this shows a lot of character and will work to your advantage in the long run. 11. TRY TO BE THE LIFE OF THE DATE. no amtter how bad it is going STICK IT OUT to the end. unless your date is drunk and displaying inappropriate behavior, stay to the side until he drops you off the door . he might go around telling his friends that you just abandone dhim and left him feel for dead. 12. DON'T ASSUME. just because your out together don't think that your already a couple. just be SINCERE and you'll leave a great first impression. you'll never know what good things will come your way. ..he might even ask you out again tomorrow.
