surviving a break up
Got this from the last book I read, I just want to share them with, erm.. To whom will I share this nga pala? No one's reading my post naman. To myself na lang!!Haha!!

1. Don't ever be sorry for being sad. And don't apologize for crying- what you are going through is completely normal and health

> What kind of person in the right mind and had invested so much emotionally in the relationship wouldn't cry over a breakup? Of course crying is normal!!

2. Don't bother asking why
.
> There's a possibility that after a breakup, you'll be asking "Why?" for the rest of your life. Well, don't. Even the deepest answers couldn't answer your question. You know in your heart that you wouldn't accept ant explanation but still you kept on asking.

3. Whatever you do, don't listen to any sad songs or music. It will only make you feel worse.
> Most people usually lock themselves in their room and listen so sad music the entire evening. You don't need this. Yu're torturing yourself. What you need is a pick-upper. Something that will put you in a better mood.

4. Beauty may only be skin deep and tru beauty might lie in the soul, but it doesn't hurt to have your outsides looking good when your insides are badly bruised.
> Treat yourself to a makeover. Experiment with your hair, face, clothes, etc. Do something
different.

5. Don't be bitter.
> Very simple. Learn to forgive. If you won't take that bitternes away, you're the one who'll be suffering. Not him.

6. Travel, go somewhere you've never been.
> You need to get away from your immediate surroundings and realize that there is a huge world out there waiting for you. It doesn't mean going to some place far. Just go to a place you have NEVER been.

7. When you lock yourself in your room-- miserable and weepy-- the space picks up the negative energy and your room becomes a depressing place to be. You need to let out the sadness and allow some new air in.
> There's more to life than just detaining youself in the four corners of your room. Be an outdoor gal!

8. Find a new passion.

> Discover something new in yourself. Being good at something will help you feel better. Plus, you won't have time to think about the ex if you're busy with something.

9. Sometimes, if you are having difficulty coming to terms with something, all you have to do is take a step back and look at the bigger picture.

> Don't look at the breakup too closely. Step back, and look at the relationship in its entirety. It'll help.

10. Being single doesn't have to be about being alone.

> Okay, one chapter in your life has ended. And one person has walked away. But hey, you have your friends, your family and a whole bunch of new people you can meet nad have fun with.


***Moving on is not as easy as 1,2,3. But TIME really heals all wounds, even the deepest and most painful lacerations in your heart. Some only need a month, but some take years to heal. But it will all fall on the same piece. You're back on track. You're whole again. You just need to help yourself to make the healing faster.
